Renegade Bus is a great new art blog on "Culture and the Curious in Dallas, Texas" that is intelligently written and covers topics ranging "from opera and the DMA to punk rock and graffiti." We were very pleased by the smartly written "Art Dialogue" between Lucia Simek and Teresa Burkett on Matthew Porter's High Lonesome exhibition, so check it out! (click here for PDF -permalink)

Matthew Porter's photograph Downtown was recently featured on the photo blog Flak Photo -a website that celebrates the art of publishing contemporary photography online, highlighting new series work, book projects and gallery exhibitions from an international community of artists. (Mickey Smith is another artist published on Flak Photo -whose work was part of the recent exhibition "there's something I've been meaning to tell you..." at Marty Walker Gallery)
